What began as a question became a conversation.

MetaTruthProject is the brainchild of Gino DeSisto, representing the convergence of decades spent navigating

creative development.

A NOTE
from the FOUNDER

I was born in Los Angeles in 1968 into an Italian-American family
with roots connecting California, New York, and Calabria, Italy.

The earliest lessons I remember came from my grandfather — a traditional man who believed in family,
responsibility, loyalty, and earning your place through action.

Those lessons stayed with me.

My path was never linear.

Before technology,
Before cybersecurity,
Before MetaTruthProject,
there were decades of experiences

that shaped how I see systems and people.

Hospitality.

Nightlife.

Entertainment.

Corporate leadership.

Operations.

Security.

Investigations.

Technology.

Creative development.

Each environment had different rules.

Heavy pressures.

Specific languages.
Real consequences.

Over the years, I had the opportunity to work with organizations including Amgen Biotechnologies,
The Walt Disney Studios, Mattel, MySpace.com, and CBS Studios — leading teams, building operations,

solving problems, and creating experiences in complex environments.

Beyond those formal foundations, my path wound directly through the machinery of major entertainment

ecosystems—leaving an operational footprint across environments including Universal, Warner Bros.,

Sony Pictures, Paramount, Lionsgate, and Universal Music Group.

Different logos.
Different leadership.
Different cultures.

But underneath them all was the same foundation:

People.

Systems.

Trust.

Communication.

Later, after completing cybersecurity studies through UCLA Extension, those worlds began to merge.

The OPERATIONAL mindset.

The INVESTIGATIVE mindset.

The CREATIVE mindset.

The TECHNICAL mindset.

The HUMAN mindset.

MetaTruthProject became the place where they converged.
